Headphones, Lowes and Report Card Freebies

I saw these last week and thought they were a great price. Can anyone tell me if they really work well? Just wondering if they stay on your head through jumping and running or whatever other workout you might be doing?
H2O Audio Black Behind-the-Neck Sports Headphones on Buy.com for only $7.99 from $70, with free shipping.

If you are planning any summer projects, or still need to get that garden in, here is a Lowe's coupon for $10 off a $50 purchase. Why not save a few bucks?

Don't forget to check out the one-day sale for Tulle's Day Treasure Hunt, tomorrow June 2! Dresses, pants and jackets for $7.99; tops for $4.99 and $5.99; sweaters for $6.99.

With school out for the summer, I came across some national deals that might interest you if you have children with a nice report card:

* Streets of New York - From now until Dec 31st, 2009, participating Streets of New York stores will offer a FREE 10 inch cheese pizza and a FREE soda to any student who brings in a report card with straight A’s!

* Chick-fil-A - Bring in your all A's and B's report card and receive a FREE 8 pack nuggets! Call ahead to your location to see if they are participating.

* Chuck E. Cheese- Chuck E. Cheese believes in the value of a good education. Have your child bring in their most recent report card and they will receive FREE tokens for good grades.

* Krispy Kreme - Get a free donut for each A (up to 6 A's).

* Kiwanis Park Wave Pool - Report Card Day is on June 6, 2009 between 1pm-3pm. Bring in your last report card and get ½ off! A report card with straight A’s gets you in FREE!

* Pizza Hut - Each marking period, any child who has 3 A's or the equivalent thereof, will receive one Personal Pan Pizza and a small soft drink or carton of milk by presenting his or her report card to the manager. This offer is good for Elementary and Middle School students. Dine-in only. Student must be present and the original report card must be presented. Available at participating locations.

* Sbarro's Pizza- Sbarro restaurants across the United States are giving elementary schoolers a delicious reason to get good grades… any student with A’s and B’s on his or her report card automatically becomes one of our PizzAchievers! Sbarro will then provide every PizzAchiever and an accompanying adult with a free slice of cheese or peperoni pizza and a small soda!

* McDonald's - If your child has a straight "A" report card, he/she can receive a FREE Happy Meal. This may vary by location so call ahead first!

* Topps - Getting good grades in school is always a priority. Now there's an extra reward for studying hard. The Topps of the Class program has been created to give you a great trading card gift when you put your mind to work. Every time you bring in a report card to this store, the manager will award you with a gift. Work hard in school, receive cards. It's that simple.

* Limited Too Stores - Report cards may be taken in to any Limited Too retail store within 30 days of issuance and receive $5 off their purchase that day. This may vary by store so call ahead.

* Credit Unions - Many credit unions will offer incentives for students as well, so just ask!

*Student Achievement Award (printable) - Print out this award and take to an IBC Bakery Outlet (Hostess, Dolly Madison Bakery, Sweetheart, and/or Wonder) to receive a free snack cake for the student and a free loaf of bread for the parent or legal guardian.

I did check on several of these and the only local one I found participating in MY area is Krispy Kreme--yahoo, my daughter gets 6 doughnuts! Call your local stores before heading over for your freebie!
